Explore our service areasEach visit follows an agreed visual property-care checklist: accessible exterior and interior areas, visible signs of water or weather damage, doors and windows, HVAC status, appliances and other property-specific concerns. We document our observations and photographs in a digital report.
We document what we can observe and contact you promptly using the communication protocol agreed during onboarding. We explain the concern, recommend next steps, and coordinate approved work with appropriate professionals.
No. Visits are visual property-care observations, not technical building inspections, continuous monitoring, a security guarantee, or a substitute for inspections by licensed trades. Concealed conditions and events between visits may not be detected.
